The morning of Saturday, April 30, the class will meet up at the school to walk the halls and sit in the courtyard of their alma mater. The reunion kicks off with a golf outing Friday, April 29, at Clear Creek Golf Course and a barbecue that night at Mike and Barbara Hill’s house. The reunion weekend is planned for Friday, April 29, through Saturday, April 30. Six of the class’ teachers have been invited to the reunion including superintendent and coach Donald Oakes, who will make a presentation, and history teacher Gordon Cotton. We’re certainly proud of them,” Barnes said adding he is a veteran too. When we graduated Vietnam was going hot and heavy and we had a number of veterans that went to Vietnam and were in the military. He said the planning committee has also organized a tribute to the 22 classmates who have passed away and for those who served in the military. We bleed black and gold.“We’ve got them coming from different directions to see who has changed the most,” Barnes said. We are the Warren Central High School Warriors. We needed something representing our numerous championships and a dedicated team of mentors and coaches. But the Owl just wasn't the mascot for us. We started as the Owls and proudly wore black and orange. Since 1952, Warren Central High School football has been the Pride of the Eastside. We are dedicated to ensuring that our students have every opportunity available to guide them on a path to peace and success beyond the field. We have a team of mentors, community leaders, volunteers, and non-profit specialists in our company. Our goals are mainly youth support, violence reduction, goal setting, and team-building. We have several objectives district-wide. We provide services with integrity, care, and commitment. We are dedicated to the youth of Warren Township and our next generation of community leaders. Our mentorship services will have a long-lasting impact on our community and the city.
